30 players in the "Abu Dhabi Weightlifting" camp

The summer camp for youth, organized by the Abu Dhabi Weightlifting Club, will start tomorrow, Tuesday, and will last for 6 weeks, at its headquarters in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, with the participation of 30 players from the "Jarna Yafour" school, who were attracted by the club and joined its ranks after a series of tests that lasted for more than 6 months.
The camp aims to develop and enhance the skills of new players, under the supervision of the technical staff led by Avinash Pandu, and his technical staff, which includes Maher Al-Qarni and Mohamed Fathi, as the club's youth undergo 3 training sessions per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The camp starts by raising the level of physical fitness with some technical training related to technique, before entering weightlifting training according to the weight category of each player, whose training will be separate from the rest of the club's other players during the camp period, and the training will be unified after the end of the camp.
Avinash Pandu said: This camp is very important for this young group that has recently joined the club. They have good potential and have the passion and desire to develop their abilities in weightlifting. Therefore, the club decided to hold this camp, which will focus greatly on providing them with quality training doses, according to a specific program that contributes to their development for the better. He added: I am very happy with the great turnout for the camp and the shared desire of the players and their parents to make good use of the current summer vacation period and focus more on practicing the game. Certainly, after this camp, every player will be in a better position in terms of practice, and we will continue our programs after it, so that the players will be in their best condition when they participate in official local or international competitions.
